Privacy Policy
Effective October 30, 2026
Arise Faith City (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through our website, event registration forms, and ministry communications.
Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event registration details, communication preferences, consent records, and information you voluntarily send us, such as questions or prayer requests.
How we use information
We use information to administer registrations, send event confirmations and schedule updates, respond to inquiries, maintain consent and opt-out records, and provide ministry communications when permitted by your preferences and applicable law.
Text messages and consent
When you affirmatively select the optional SMS consent choice on an event form, you agree to receive text messages from Arise Faith City about that event, including registration confirmations, reminders, location details, and schedule changes. Consent is not required to register or attend. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate our website, registration forms, and communications as needed to deliver those services. We do not share SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won't be shared with any third parties.
Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information and retain it only as needed for our operations, consent documentation, and applicable legal requirements. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. You may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law.
Other services and changes
Our website and registration processes may use third-party platforms with their own privacy notices. We may update this policy and will post changes here with a revised effective date.
